SUBMIT YOUR ACTIVITIES

We highly recommend that you submit your daily activities each time you complete a run.

However, you may also choose to submit them weekly, monthly, or after completing the total registered distance. In such cases, you can provide a weekly or monthly summary instead of submitting daily activities.

STEP 1: 
Click tab at the top right conner as shown.

STEP 2: 
List of menu will pop up. Click SUBMISSION

STEP 3: 
You will see a list of events. Select your registered event and click on the image.

Making the wrong selection may result in your record not being updated in the system.

STEP 4:
The form submission page will appear as shown. If your activities are recorded as steps or jumps, a note explaining how to convert them into kilometers is provided. Scroll down to access and complete the form.

STEP 5: 
You need to enter your bib number, distance, date, and moving time. Ensure you enter the bib number correctly, such as H-1202, not H1202 or H 1202. You can find your bib number in the confirmation email within 24–48 hours after registration. Your details will be retrieved based on the bib number entered. Enter only numbers for distance and time, without including units. You may upload up to 15 files per entry.

STEP 6: 
After clicking the submit button, you will be redirected to the submission status page, which also serves as a leaderboard. The system will automatically send you an email with a copy of your submission. This email confirms that we have received your submission. Please keep this email for future reference, as there will be no follow-up email after this.

Your submission will be reviewed and verified within 24–48 hours. Once approved, it will appear on the leaderboard. If your submission is rejected, we will respond to the email you received earlier.
